What we delivered
Laravel powers profiles, matching, and admin review tools. Stripe handles subscriptions and payouts with webhook-driven state so finance and support see the same order truth. AWS hosts the application tier for uptime and backup patterns appropriate to personal data.
Technical approach
We separated public discovery from authenticated messaging and booking steps, added structured statuses for caregiver verification, and documented refund and dispute paths early so Stripe events map cleanly to internal tickets.
Outcomes
Operators can extend service areas and care types without rewriting checkout. Analytics hooks focus on funnel completion and verification throughput - the metrics that actually predict revenue in a two-sided model.
